Join our IU International Team in full-time as CRM Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin. This position is initially limited to 2 years.

Your tasks

You are supporting the CRM-team in all CRM activities for the International market from the conception to the implementation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You design target group-specific email journeys and coordinate the communication with our copywriting and graphics teams as well as other relevant departments.
As a CRM manager, you are responsible for the analysis, further development, and maintenance of all CRM processes.
You optimize templates and messaging through different testing approaches.
You are monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating all key performance indicators in CRM and you act on data-based decisions.

Your Profile

You have successfully completed your studies in Marketing, Business or in a related field or you have another relevant qualification.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in CRM, ideally in areas such as e-commerce or other transactional models.
You are experienced in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another comparable CRM software and you ideally have good HTML knowledge.
Your communication skills are excellent, and you have strong analytical skills.
You enjoy creating a difference by initiating and improving incentive campaigns.
You are business fluent in English.

To what extent is home office possible?

We love to support Home Office arrangements, but some positions naturally require employees to be on campus/in the office. During the pandemic everyone works from home or can work in the office after consultation.

How many days paid holiday will I get per year?

All employees working a 5 day week are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year.

How flexible are the working hours at IU?
